O executive chef της ERGON Παναγιώτης Ξάνθης σε συνεργασία με τον Στέφανο Κόγια, εισηγητή στη σχολή Wine & Spirit Professional Center (WSPC) επιμελούνται μια exclusive βραδιά γαστρονομίας και οινογνωσίας, σε ένα άκρως γιορτινό κλίμα. Οι ενδιαφερόμενοι θα απολαύσουν ένα specially curated μενού πέντε πιάτων στα οποία χρησιμοποιούνται εκλεκτές πρώτες ύλες και αναδεικνύονται ιδιαίτερα προϊόντα από την Αγορά μας, ενώ παράλληλα βιώνουν μια μοναδική εμπειρία κρασιού υπό την καθοδήγηση του Σ.Κόγια δοκιμάζοντας και γνωρίζοντας ελληνικά κρασιά που φέρουν την ετικέτα Ergon σε μια συνεργασία με τα μεγαλύτερα οινοποιεία της χώρας.

The executive chef of ERGON, Panagiotis Xanthis, in collaboration with Stefanos Koyas, Tutor of WSPC Wine & Spirits School, have prepared an exclusive evening of gastronomy and wine tasting, in an extra festive atmosphere. Attendees will enjoy a specially curated menu of five courses in which fine raw materials are used and special products from our shelves are highlighted, while at the same time they enjoy a unique wine experience under the guidance of S. Koyas tasting and getting to know Greek wines that carry the Ergon label in a collaboration with the country's most important wineries.
